Become a branch owner
Do you want to build an Easygoing destination as your own business, choose the size of your co-ownership, and have a strong support team and a 5-star brand backing you all the way?

Easygoing rents high-quality children’s equipment to families on holiday, including strollers, cots, car seats, and plenty of entertainment. We make travelling easier by delivering and collecting the equipment, and we take service, brand, and reputation very seriously: precise delivery, thorough cleaning, and high-quality gear for every customer.
Today, we operate in three destinations and experienced strong growth in 2025.
Right now, we are looking for branch owners for Copenhagen and Mallorca. However, if you live somewhere with the potential to become a strong destination, we would also love to hear from you.
"Fantastic service at a great price. We will definitely use Easygoing again and recommend them to other families who are tired of stressful flights with lots of luggage."
Anna Martha from Denmark
"Easygoing made our lives so much easier! Having a double stroller meant we could get around while keeping our children comfortable. Would 100,000% recommend and use them again."
Saima from the UK
"We rented a stroller and a cot for 12 days. We were very satisfied. The items were high-quality, clean, and in good condition. The communication was very friendly, and the service is top-notch."
Nicole from Germany
The role
You run the destination, with the full support of the Easygoing team behind you
As a branch owner, you become the local owner-operator.
This means:
-
You are responsible for 100% of the local operations
-
You become part of Easygoing, a small team with a strong sense of togetherness
-
You receive co-ownership in the destination company
-
You get plenty of support through playbooks and sparring, so you feel confident during the startup phase
-
You can take on as much responsibility for marketing and sales in your destination as you like, and we love new ideas
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial spirit who gets energy from responsibility, enjoys startup life, and is ready to give it everything as a co-owner in a company on its way to becoming something really big.
Co-ownership
Time, investment, or both
You can achieve co-ownership through:
1) Time investment (sweat equity)
You invest your time and drive the destination forward. The exact amount of time is to be agreed.
2) Capital contribution (growth package for your destination)
If you contribute capital, we guarantee that 100% will be used for growth and improvements that directly strengthen your destination - typically through marketing and enhancements to the platform and setup.
A good way to think about a capital contribution: You gain more ownership and get more value from your hard work, while making it easier to succeed from the very start.
Ownership share and the model are agreed individually, based on the destination, effort, and setup.
Your tasks
You are the key to the local Easygoing experience
You will be responsible for the entire operation, which mainly includes:
-
Customer support before, during, and after rentals
-
Delivery and collection of equipment
-
Quality checks, cleaning, and preparation between rentals
-
Planning routes and overseeing daily operations
-
If you hire staff: recruitment, training, scheduling, and day-to-day management
-
Budgeting, accounting, and administration for your destination
Daily operations
You choose the model
You can either handle everything yourself and/or hire staff.
-
As a baseline, each order gives you a percentage of the order amount for delivery/collection and customer support for that specific order (paid monthly).
-
When you deliver multiple orders on the same trip, or collect several orders on one route, you can earn significantly more during busy periods.
-
If you hire staff, they receive the same percentage per order at the destination. The percentage can be negotiated with the staff, but always in consultation with Easygoing’s co-owner team to ensure the model is fair and free of internal friction.
-
Administration and service/sales that are not related to a specific order are not included in the percentage payout.
Time, season
and spoken language
The role is seasonal. Urban destinations typically operate year-round, to varying degrees. During periods with many orders, we expect you to be “on” and take full ownership.
Languages:
-
English is required at all destinations
-
The destination’s local language is a plus
Who is this role for?
You must live in, or be willing to live in/near, the destination
The most important thing is not your title - it’s your drive, your service mindset, and your willingness to take responsibility. You should fit into our culture and community (see below).
The role may suit, but does not require, the following:
-
Students with energy and initiative
-
Retirees / senior profiles with structure and a service mindset
-
Former startup founders looking for their next project
-
A local business or actor who wants to do more and be part of Easygoing
The role is best suited for someone who is not dependent on a fixed salary from day one, but who wants to help build value, ownership, and a destination that can grow into something really big.
“I’m happy to be part of a team, while still being able to work independently.
I enjoy providing great service, I like driving, and I love getting to know new places. I get to visit both amazing hotels and hidden gems in the city that I would never otherwise experience.
I enjoy the challenges the job brings, from finding addresses during rush hour to handling unexpected situations (like the time a hotel accidentally rented out our stroller to someone else).
I also appreciate the extra income, and the concept behind Easygoing makes a lot of sense (sustainability!). Last but not least, the honest and respectful communication with the head office means a lot to me.”
Elizabeth - employee on Mallorca
Our culture
We own our work, but grow together as a team
Easygoing is full of startup energy and celebrations of both small and big wins. We build something together.
-
You become part of a small team with close collaboration and strong community
-
We share knowledge, experience, and networks, and we also share mistakes and learnings
-
You’ll have the opportunity to attend relevant entrepreneurial events and significantly expand your network
-
We care about the same things: quality, service, safety, and wonderful holiday experiences for families
-
We have a “no assholes” policy among investors, co-owners, and the team. Life is too short for people who drain energy instead of giving it
So far, we’ve only received 5-star reviews, and that requires all of us to protect and support the Easygoing brand - our most important shared goal as an organization.
Growth opportunities
&
Locations
If the collaboration works well and the destination grows, there may eventually be an opportunity to become a country or regional manager, taking on even greater responsibility and ownership. In addition, we will work together to create a plan for salary payments in line with revenue and growth.
We are actively looking for candidates for the following two locations:
-
Copenhagen
-
Mallorca
But send us your idea if you have a destination you believe in and are ready to invest the time to get it started.
How to apply
Send an email or a personal video to job@easygoing.co, answering the following:
-
Which destination you are applying for (Copenhagen / Mallorca / new destination)
-
Who you are and why you want to be a destination manager at Easygoing
-
Whether you see co-ownership through time investment, capital contribution, or a combination
-
Whether you want to handle all operations yourself from the start and earn an income, or hire staff and focus full-time on growth (or a combination)
Subject line: “Branch owner”
We look forward to hearing from you!
