Renting your gear rather than bringing your own, is a new new way of travelling for many. Therefore, it is only natural if there are some things you are unsure of. In the "everything you need to know" section, we've tried to cover most of it. We hope you can find answers to the rest below. Otherwise, do not hesitate to write or call us.

Questions and answers

Is it safe to rent from Easygoing?

Easygoing was founded and run by Danish parents who love to travel. We therefore know how important it is that you can trust that we deliver as agreed, and that the quality and condition of the gear you rent is tip top. That is our promise to you.

How does it work?

It is very simple. When you have chosen the gear you will use, you choose the number of rental days and dates. You then complete the order as usual and enter where we are to deliver the gear. When you arrive on holiday, we will bring the gear at the agreed time and collect it again when you go home.

What is the price for delivery?

It's free. That simple. 

Do I have to clean the gear after use?

No, you do not need to clean it, as we will give it a thorough cleaning before the next rental anyway. But we will be very happy if you treat the gear nicely.

Where does Easygoing deliver?

We are currently present at the following destinations, where we deliver for free: Mallorca, Gran Canaria, Bornholm, Copenhagen + North Zealand and North Jutland. Wherever you stay in these destinations, we deliver.

How does delivery work?

When you complete your order, you will be asked to enter the address where you will be staying on your holiday, as well as which approx. time you would like the equipment delivered. The day before the agreed delivery time, you will receive an text or mail from us with a small reminder and confirmation. Read more about delivery and returns here.

If I wish to cancel my booking?

If you regret or for other reasons wish to cancel your order, the following applies: We offer a full refund up to one week before delivery. If you want to cancel later than one week before delivery, we offer a 50% refund. In case of cancellation, please send an email to Please state your booking reference in the email.
