Terms & conditions

Trust is what it's all about for a concept like Easygoing. We trust you to treat the gear as if it were your own. And you have to trust us that we have found the best equipment for your needs.

 

Sometimes, however, unexpected things can happen. And in these cases it is good to have an agreement on what needs to be done.

 

The following terms and conditions therefore constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the customer) and Easygoing ApS

Cancellation 

We offer full refunds up to one week before delivery. That way, you don't have to worry if your plans change.

 

If you wish to cancel your reservation later than one week before delivery, we offer a 50% refund.

 

For cancellations, please send an email to hello@goeasygoing.com. Please state your booking reference in the email.

Rental period

The rental period begins when we have delivered the equipment to you and ends when we collect it again.

 

If you ask us to collect the gear before the originally agreed collection date and time, you will not receive any refund for the remaining period.

 

If you do not have all the gear ready by the agreed pick-up time, and our driver therefore has to come back later that day or the next day, you are obliged to pay at least the price of an extra day's rental.

 

If your failure to meet the agreed pick-up time affects another customer's booking, we will charge you a fine of up to 50% of your total rental price.

Lost, stolen or damaged gear

You are responsible for the gear during the rental period. This means that you are obliged to pay the total price for the gear in the event of:

 

that the gear is lost

 

that the gear is stolen

 

that the gear is damaged beyond repair

Wear and tear

Our gear is intended for you to use. Therefore, of course, we do not require compensation for normal wear and tear. This also means that if any of our equipment breaks during your rental period due to normal wear and tear, we will try to provide you with a different model on the same or next day and compensate you for the lost day(s).

 

If we are unable to provide a different model of the gear because it is rented out, we will of course compensate you in full.

Disclaimer

In no event shall Easygoing, its staff or owners be held liable for any direct or indirect accidents that you, a member of your party or a third party may suffer while using the rented gear.

 

The above disclaimer also applies to any personal injuries or criminal offenses that your use of our equipment has resulted in.

Consent to secure data transfer

You agree that we can secure the agreement on secure data transfer to EU customers.

 

We do everything we can to protect your personal information. By accepting our terms and conditions, you consent to your payment data being securely transferred to the secure e-commerce servers we operate in the United States. Also read our Personal Data Policy (GDRP)
