Part-time delivery staff in Copenhagen

Do you want to help make holidays easier for families with children? We’re looking for a flexible and independent delivery staff to deliver and collect baby and children’s equipment in Copenhagen.

As part of Easygoing, you’ll join a small startup with a clear mission: to make family holidays easier and more sustainable.

We rent out high-quality equipment to families on holiday and deliver it directly to their hotel or Airbnb in the greater Copenhagen area. This solution removes many of the challenges of travelling as a family and helps reduce the use-and-discard culture.

About the job

You will be responsible for delivering ordered baby and children’s equipment to our customers’ holiday addresses and collecting it again at the end of the rental period. The equipment (e.g., strollers, high chairs, car seats, etc.) also needs to be cleaned and prepared between rentals.

Working hours vary depending on demand — some weeks may have more hours than others. During the start-up phase, we don’t expect many hours (very flexible), but there is potential for more hours later as the company grows and you become more independent.

Tasks are primarily during daytime hours on weekdays and weekends, but occasional evening deliveries or pick-ups may occur. You will largely plan your own routes for the day’s deliveries, helping you avoid unnecessary travel while also getting to see new parts of the city along the way.

What do we offer?

At Easygoing, you’ll be part of a young startup with a meaningful mission. We offer:

  • Flexibility: A role that fits your schedule. There are no minimum weekly hours. We plan together based on demand and your availability.

  • This is a commission-based position: That means you earn a percentage of each order. If you complete multiple deliveries on the same trip and save time, you still earn the same percentage per order.

  • Meaningful work: You help families have an easier holiday and contribute to sustainability by reusing high-quality equipment. Happy customers and positive feedback are a big part of the job.

  • Varied days: You’ll get out and see new parts of Copenhagen — from charming small streets to the city’s luxury hotels — and meet many different people along the way.

  • Great team culture: While the work is independent, you’ll be part of Team Easygoing. We have an informal, honest, and respectful tone, and you’ll always feel welcome and appreciated.

Your tasks include

  • Delivery and pick-up: Transport baby and children’s equipment to hotels, holiday rentals, and private addresses throughout Copenhagen, and collect the equipment again after use.

  • Preparation: Clean, disinfect, and ensure all equipment is in good condition and fully functional before the next delivery.

  • Coordination: Keep track of the day’s delivery route, communicate with customers regarding changes, and handle minor challenges along the way (e.g., finding alternative solutions if a customer is delayed).

  • Service: Provide customers with a positive experience during delivery. You will either meet the families or hotel staff, so it’s important to be friendly and service-oriented.

Your profile

We imagine you are responsible and enjoy helping people. Perhaps you are retired, self-employed, or a student looking for a flexible side job for a few hours a week, and would enjoy being part of a start-up with big ambitions. The most important things are that you:

  • Have a driver’s license and your own car or cargo bike: You need to be able to transport the equipment around the city reliably.

  • Can handle physical tasks: Able to lift and carry a folded stroller or other equipment up stairs if there is no elevator.

  • Work independently: You are comfortable planning your day and taking responsibility, but of course you are also part of the team and can always reach out for support.

  • Are flexible with working hours: Hours vary from week to week. You will typically work during daytime hours on weekdays and weekends by agreement.

  • Are reliable and organised: You arrive on time, keep commitments, and manage the logistics efficiently.

  • (Bonus) Have your own one-person business: If you have your own company (CVR number), it’s a plus, since we can then compensate you through your business for driving and tasks.
